		<description>Leadership - such an obtuse concept and so difficult for so many. I believe your comment about position not being about leadership is so true. Leadership is sometimes confused with power or authority.
My target audience is the "everyday" leader - not necessarily those folks looking to rule the company, but simply trying to augment effectiveness on a daily basis. 

I would be interested in submitting an article for your site. Probably something about change, or leadership, or strategic planning.
