		<description>The revolution is real and right now - in fact revolutions are many times conducted by the few - the American Revolution was kept alive by a precious few and there was a constant struggle to keep the population engaged.

The challenge is getting everyone to understand the context of the revolution in their world.  With broadband continuing to expand in wireless ways + advanced web applications, that can be somewhat daunting, the key for leaders is to continue to attach progress to creating new opportunities and solving problems.</description>
