Manifesting Your Manifesto

A lot of chatter around the new year is about budgets, revenue, expenses, cut backs, and various specific, measurable goals. What’s a bit more challenging – yet much more exhilarating is to consider more of what you stand for. And is this the year to stand for something much greater then ever before? How about creating a manifesto, or as Jim Rome would say “have a take and don’t suck”.

And could this be used to help inspire within and out into the world?

The more I’ve thought about it, this is clearly the step necessary prior to all the measurable goals that will be committed to. In fact, this manifesto is what could inspire bigger visions than you previously thought possible? Could this even help you attract the right clients? Distance you from the wrong clients? Get people excited? Heck, even inspire yourself?

I think this is critically important – with today’s push for authenticity and openness, coupled with the ability to reach anyone around the world at any moment; the time is now to be who you are, not be afraid of “no fit” and share yourself with the world.

It all starts with having a take.
