Sarah’s research focuses on leveraging Web 2.0 technologies to improve collaboration, innovation, and communication in business and education. “Intellagirl†specializes in a translating today’s fast-moving geek culture into plain English and easily implemented business strategy. As a PhD candidate in Rhetoric and Composition at Ball State University, Sarah focuses her research on the use of participatory, social, and immersive technologies for business and education communication. Ms. Robbins was one of the first professors to use Second Life for education and recently coauthored Second Life for Dummies. Her research has been featured in the Indianapolis Star, New York Times, USA Today, and the Chronicle of Higher Education. Additionally, Sarah is mother to six-year-old triplets.
